Incredible place in a perfect location - took the stunning short walk along the canal path into Bude and when we returned made the most of the provided fire pit and enjoyed drinks on the deck watching the wildlife around the lake... perfect little getaway!

When somewhere is as good as this you get that strong feeling to book for longer next year, so I did!!!! The cabin was beautifully presented and absolutely spotless with everything you could possibly need, a lovely large kitchen area with full cooker, fridge/freezer, (very welcome jug of milk), microwave etc. Dining area with thoughtful toning flowers, seating area with tv and very efficient heater and the bed is just the comfiest ever with beautiful crisp bed linen. A stool was very thoughtfully provided for folk like me, on the short side, to hop up easily. Then there is the decking and the lake……… Easily the most tranquil place I have ever stayed and I have to say, the very nicest Airbnb property. Thank you to the kingfisher for a grand fly past and then a good old pose in the tree right by us.

A little slice of heaven. We were greeted by Di who was very helpful & showed us where to go, we felt so relaxed & in our own little sanctuary. Perfect location for us to get into bude & we definitely will be coming back!

This place is an absolute gem. It feels like you are in the middle of nowhere, yet you are only a 2 minute drive from Bude. The cabin was perfect, situated right on the lake, exactly as the description says. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, 10/10.

Set in beautiful surroundings, the Kingfisher Lodge my wife and I stayed in is the best air bnb we've been to. It's perfectly located within walking distance of Bude and great walks along the canal canal coastal path too. It has everything you need on site, is very well equipped and extremely clean. Very highly recommended 👌

The whole experience was wonderful. Lynstone Lakes is an idyllic setting with the wildlife (Geese, Coots, Fish and spectacular Kingfisher) adding to the whole thing. We went there to relax and take time out for which it was perfect. The cabin was lovely, well maintained, lovely decor and some little quirks such as the raised bed so that you could enjoy the views. We would love to go back when they have availability and would recommend it if you're looking to re-charge the batteries.

Best Airbnb I’ve been at, and I’ve seen a lot.
The accommodation is superb, has everything you can possibly need. The lake full of massive fish and luckily we’ve made friends with a few baby ducks, so cute. We also had a beautiful walk on the coast to see the beach and on the way back walked next to the river. OBSESSED 🤩 I am definitely coming back !!!

Everything about this airbnb is absolutely perfect. Private, quiet, spotlessly clean. Everything is top spec, the bed is really comfortable, the shower is excellent. The location couldn't be better. Will definitely book again.

We had a fabulous time at the lodge, everything was perfect & spotlessly clean. We enjoyed sitting on the decking & feeding the many fish & birds at breakfast. The BBQ & fire pit were prepped ready for use which was greatly appreciated. We highly recommend & can’t wait to book again.

Amazing, beautiful and tranquil place to stay! The cabin (Kingfisher) was stunning and absolutely immaculate with everything you need for a lovely break. I am an AirBnB Superhost myself and think I need to take some tips from Paul and Di!! Incredibly clean, thoughtful touches and very well kitted out with everything fully stocked for your time there - from coals for the BBQ to salt and pepper shakers! The location is excellent and very close to Bude being a leisurely stroll down the canal and the cabin is peaceful and quiet with great wildlife surrounding you. Such a fantastic stay and highly recommend it to anyone. Hopefully we will be back again one day!

WOW!
had an absolutely amazing stay! Greeted with fresh flowers & milk. The kitchen was well stocked with salt, Pepper, foil, tea, coffee etc..
The room was alot bigger than the pictures, bed was very comfortable & a good size for 2 adults.
We used the bbq & fire pit both nights, it was amazing sat by the lake on a sunny evening! the views on the lake are fab, very quite, saw lots of birds & fish! this is great value for money, only a 20 minute walk along the canal into bude, we didn’t have to drive anywhere! could not recommend this gorgeous place enough, we will be back!!

What can I say... this was the most perfect stay for both me and my partner. We couldn’t have asked for more.
The setting is absolutely perfect. A beautiful setting in a gorgeous location.
This has to be of if the most cleanest places we have stayed in. Our stay was better then expected!
Would highly recommend and would 100% be back for a second visit.
This break was just what we both needed and couldn’t have asked for more.
